Bollywood Actor Irfan Khan’s Mother Passes away, He Miss the Funeral Due to Lock down

From Jaipur Bollywood actor Irfan Khan's mother passed away due to a long illness. She lived in Beniwal Kanta Krishna Colony, Jaipur, the capital of Rajasthan.

Irfan Khan's mother Saeeda Begum has died at the age of 95. She was ill for a long time. She belonged to a Nawab family and was a good poet herself. Saeedah Begum belonged to the Nawab family of Tonk, the only Muslim state in Rajasthan. Her ancestors migrated from Afghanistan to India in the 19th century.

According to The New Indian Express, Irfan Khan could not attend his mother's funeral as he is based in Mumbai and could not reach Jaipur due to lockdown. He paid his last respects to his mother via video call.
