Bollywood's King Shah Rukh Khan has revealed that the first night of his marriage was ruined by senior actress Hema Malini.
In an interview, Shah Rukh Khan revealed that the well-known actress Hema Malini had ruined the first night of their marriage and they will both remember this till their last breath. The actor said that during the days when their marriage took place, the shooting of his film 'Dil Aashina Hai' was going on, that was directed by Hemaji. It was the first film to be made under her direction.
Shah Rukh Khan said that on the first night of the wedding, Hemaji called him and asked him to come to the film set immediately. At that time, Shah Rukh Khan did not consider it appropriate to leave Gauri alone at home and took her with him to the set.
Hema Malini was not there when the two of them arrived on the set of the film. After waiting for them for a long time, Shah Rukh Khan started shooting and Gauri was sitting in the make-up room. At that time, it was 11 pm, the shooting continued till 2 pm, but Hema did not come.
When he came back to the make-up room, Gauri was smiling on the chair. Gauri was wearing a sari and heavy jewelery. Besides, mosquitoes were also biting Gauri's face in the make-up room. Tears began to flow from his eyes.
Shah Rukh Khan said that I remember that when we got married, many of Gauri's relatives were not happy, they were people of old ideas but still I respect them and their thinking.
