According to Indian media reports, he has recently received threats of rape from a lawyer in the state of Orissa. 

Kangana Ranaut is currently in his home state of Manali in the state of Himachal Pradesh. He did not respond to the call. She received the threat on Facebook when she mentioned in his post the FIR registered against him in Mumbai. 

The threatening peron later said that his account was hacked. He did not threaten Kangana. The man also said that he did not have such views about this women or any other nation. "I am shocked and want to apologize," he said.
